NOTICE to Online Auction Buyers

Kelley Fine Arts Inc. has been getting a lot of calls and emails from art buyers shopping at on line auctions. The following complaints are:

1. Sellers advertising limited edition prints for auction buyer receiving an open edition print.
2. Receiving damaged art and framing.
3. Finding out that the framing is not acid-free (which will in time damage the print).
4. Making a false sales pitch.

Rick Kelley/Kelley Fine Art Inc. does not condone this type of sale nor do we sell to any of these unauthorized dealers. These types of sales hurt the artist, the galleries, the buyer and the value of the art. If you have any questions about on-line auctions please don't hesitate to call or email
